"Clean rooms and spacious rooms "

"I was traveling from NY and had to drive to Asheville for a wedding... but the woman at the front desk was kind of rude and not so welcoming at 1:30pm when I arrived and asked if I could check in early as I had to get changed. She said absolutely not - so I drove to Asheville, changed in the car. Drove back out and luckily the overnight staff member was kind and nice given the situation. I only got to sleep 3.5 hours before having to drive to CLT to fly out. When I woke up - there were little critters walking around near the bathroom... so that didn't make me happy. I guess you get what you pay for right. The bed was comfortable and they had nice pillows... so that was a plus for them. "

"The parking was easy. It was near a shopping plaza. There was a Mexican restaurant in the parking lot. They had a hot breakfast until 10am that had a lot of good food!"

"I always love staying here; it's my main place I want to stay in Hickory. Very convenient to my work. Good food close by. Great rooms. Really wonderful breakfast. The staff is very nice. The night desk man, Ross, is very helpful and professional."

"The staff was very friendly. Our room was clean and didn’t have any usual hotel/motel odors. The AC worked. The only negative remark is on the repair work that had been done on the shower was not very appealing."
