It had everything we could need including a Welcome pack - Information about house, wifi code, heating instructions, local area, busses, shops, etc. The moment we opened the door it felt welcoming, smelt nice, was warm, clean & immaculate decor. Adults and children really enjoyed our stay however having tv in the reception rooms downstairs would have been ideal. "We had a wonderful stay at Settlers lodge. Beautifully decorated and very well equipped! Loved seeing the squirrels around the garden! Set in a great area for walking and exploring. We enjoyed both the local pub and also a takeaway from the nearby pub. Both we would recommend. Cannot wait to come for a return visit . Thanks again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at juliette's home in Gateshead, UK. Very accurate description and photos. Good info and communications from owner. Perfect location near our family/friends and for walks into town. Right around the corner from the lovely Tudor Rose pub. Very clean, comfortable, nice linens and towels provided. Had a wonderful time and would stay again for our next visit. thank you."

"Lovely property, very clean and tidy. In a beautiful location - having good weather helped too, with access to local shops. The cottage is very well presented and very comfortable. "Great apartment in great house. Everything was comfortable and clean. It had a little kitchenette which we didn't use but it would have been useful for a longer stay. I have marked you down 1 star on Communications as I could find the information regarding check out time on the last day and it was hard to find it online, it said 11am in one place and 12 noon another. I had to go to the Holiday Inn checkout next door and ask them in person. "
