"We were greeted with a smile and wonderful service. Parking was available for €7 per night. A lift took us up to the 4th floor. Our room was adequate. Enough space for two large suitcases. All was clean. Very impressed. Breakfast was amazing. All was there for a full breakfast if wanted and the staff were very attentive. The position of the hotel was perfect. "This was a great hotel. Came in on the train. It was a short walk away and had a Christmas market directly outside. Very centrally located to many good restaurants and shops. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again"

"This is a wonderful property in a countryside setting with an equally nice restaurant. I had enjoyable stays there before. However, service and reception quality seem to have deteriorated over the years. On our last stay, we were not even able to use the room we had booked: The reception was closed when we arrived within the stated opening hours, I could find no keys, and no phone number could be reached. Aggressive behavior around my later request for a refund. So I will not be back."
