"Room was wonderful and the breakfast was good. We were not impressed with having to walk around the neighborhood to get to our room. The spa was confusing not knowing how to get around it from our room and we were not told we could access the breakfast restaurant through the sauna area and walked completely around the block, in the cold, to eat breakfast. "

"We booked two rooms; one for our daughters and one for us. We were offered an upgrade for special price which we took for our room. What we got was an upgrade to a king suite which was beautifully appointed, large, and comfortable. The service we received was outstanding. The only complaint is that the lobby had a smell of a backed up septic system, but which cleared by next day. Hotel is next to Köln Cathedral and the Christmas markets. Safe area. Will stay at this hotel on future visits."

"Great location and convenient to food and shopping. Room is a little outdated, very few outlets and had to use an extension cord to charge devices. The bathroom had been updated and the shower is great! The hotel spa and pool are an added bonus! Restaurants and cafes inside the hotel were excellent. Would stay here again!"

"The hotel was very busy but the rooms were superbly quiet and comfortable. The only slight issue was that even with the aircon turned to minimum the room was still quite warm. But excellent value and perfect for what we needed. A good option was that in exchange for not having our room cleaned, we got two free drinks vouchers which we exchanged in the bar the next day. Brilliant!"
