"Hyatt delivers, and as always this is not an expectation. The building and facilities are phenomenal. Our room (king bed) was looking slightly dated but not in bad shape at all, and overall it was large and comfortable. The amenities are great, and the hotel is in a good central location. I would happily come again. "

"I was upgraded to a larger room for free, but the bed had a literal divide in the middle that kept coming apart. More than once I almost fell through the middle. I appreciate the gesture, but my original single bed would have been more appropriate. Otherwise nice, but sparce. The bathroom was very clean and the decor was cute."

"Sehr schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel. Sehr zentral und gute Anbindung. Das Frühstück ist und gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. "

"A quirky choice for a weekend in Cologne. And although it is a hub for remote working it didn’t feel corporate. The breakfast in the restaurant was great and the monkey bar is better than most hotel bars. Lots of thoughtful touches dotted about. We appreciated the “runners corner” with local maps, fruit, water and complimentary sweatbands. Would definitely stay here again and recommend !"

"Loved the location. Beautiful view out windows. walking distance to dom but in quiet location. Close to restaurants and bars but not so close that it is loud. Although there is a bar right around corner. I wish there were towel hooks or bar because there was only room to hang one towel. Had a hard time figuring out the heat so it was cold. Asked a lady for help and it didn't work much better. On our last night a guy helped and he was very kind and fixed heat and gave me extra blanket which...

"It was a great place. There were one tiny issues, I don't know what issue they had with the system and the restaurant was closed. The room I got faced the garbage pickup and it's too loud. And they arrived at 6 or before 6. The climate in the room can't go down 18 degrees Celsius and we had to open the window and that's why the issue mentioned above got worse"

"Perfect property in a central location. 10 minutes to the Dom and the main station. Access to transit is a 2 minute walk. Great breakfast and cocktail lounge. "

"Ein sehr neues und modernes Hotel, das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Check-In geht auch über Automaten vor Ort. Das Zimmer war sauber und gemütlich, einziger Minuspunkt ist, dass es keinen Mülleimer im Zimmer gab, nur im Bad gab es einen kleinen Eimer. Leider ist das Hotel sehr weit außerhalb der Stadt und entsprechend weit vom Bahnhof entfernt."
