"I did a last minute booking and had a good stay. The staff here are very friendly and willing to help. The rooms, however, do not look like the pictures online. Once I checked in and noticed the difference, I was allowed to see another room but stayed with what I had. I think, for a spa location, I was expecting more bang for the buck. "Lovely hotel. 10 mins walk from HBF train station. In busy area but at the end of it so very quiet. Room comfort good and got upgraded to suite with Expedia gold status. Very strange though that you had to wait until exactly 3pm to check which made the 3pm shift start busy while the morning person did nothing. Odd bar never had a bartender? Overal nice and would definitely stay again if I was in the area. "

"Rooms are very well appointed and clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was lovely but very expensive, especially if you only want something small, maybe a second option where you can have only pastry and coffee might be a good option. Location is great, convenient for exploring the city and for transportation."
