"Our family has a wonderful stay! The staff were very attentive and responsive. I asked for a third mug because there was 3 of us, and after that they made sure we had 3 clean mugs always! There was a cozy robe waiting for our 10yr old which was a nice touch. Room service was easy and good. Valet was the same cost as self park so we valeted and it was always easy and quick. We had a partial water view room and it was exactly that and lovely. Beds were comfortable and the tub is large. We didn’t try the outdoor heated pool but you could see steam coming off the water and there were people in it all the time. Pack your swim suit just in case! Thanks for a much needed getaway - we will be back!"
