Unit did not have air conditioning which was not a huge problem other than upstairs loft/bedroom area got a little stuffy. I ask for and promptly received a fan. "Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in.
