"We spent 12 nights here in Antigua and found it to be an excellent location. The staff are lovely and accommodating and the property was very clean. Having the washer/dryer on site was great. The kitchen is not adequately supplied for much cooking in house during a longer stay. The apartment furnishings are outdated and not very comfortable. The shower bathtub is a very awkward design for any older adult and the shower head doesn’t reliably stay in the on position despite help from the staff....

"Tom has a great property and is SUPER responsive prior to checking in and during/after the stay. Housekeeping does an excellent job maintaining cleanliness of the room and the property. The cat is very friendly. Walking to the middle of town takes approximately 12-15 mins depending on your pace. But the entire area is very safe clean and friendly. "

"The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. The place was well-equipped with amenities such as high-speed WiFi, 3 tvs, hair dryer, hot water, and shampoo and conditioner. The washer and dryer were a nice touch even if we didn’t need to use them. Would definitely stay again!"

"I am glad I found this little place. Not so close to the hustle and bustle of the centre of Antigua. Walking distance is quite feasible, and the shuttle is available and very accommodating. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and always ready to assist you in any way they can. The host, Ria, is just amazing. She went out of her way to make this stay an amazing experience. For a first timer in Guatemala for a longer stay than usual, this place was for me a nest away from home....

"Lovely property, colonial style. My apt was small but sufficient for one person. host was very accommodating when I had to show up early because of the blockades affecting the country. I had to leave early to ensure I would be able to travel back home. Only suggestion would b to update the linens and to put desk in front room and small Couch in the bedroom. I will surely return. This is my second stay in the property "

"I chose this place because of the view and colonial decor, and it delivered on those. Mayra,the property custodian was always available during the day and is a lovely person. Of my11 VRBO/ HomeAway stays, this was the first that offered almost no amenities. Two tiny bars of soap in the bathroom and a dishwashing sponge and paste in the kitchen. One dull cutting knife but no salt, pepper, oil, sugar or other basics needed for cooking. An owner cannot expect a renter to buy all these if they want...
