"Communication needs improvement. On the day of our check-in, I reached out as I had no information about where I was going or how to check in to the property. There was an issue locating my reservation, but all seemed well, I received the coordinates and process on how to check in. When we reached the apartment, the views were breathtaking, you're next to the airport and on the 16th floor. Beautiful place, except that's not the apartment I booked. "I really enjoyed staying this property, nice staff, cleanliness of the property 👍, except for the master room shower needs a deep cleaning has some dirty stain marks/mold. We showered with our sandals on. Also, it would be great if there was an AC in the rooms was really hot and stuffy. There was ceiling fan and portable fan but it was still hot. Will definitely stay here again. 👍🙂"

"I am glad I found this little place. Not so close to the hustle and bustle of the centre of Antigua. Walking distance is quite feasible, and the shuttle is available and very accommodating. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and always ready to assist you in any way they can. The host, Ria, is just amazing. She went out of her way to make this stay an amazing experience. For a first timer in Guatemala for a longer stay than usual, this place was for me a nest away from home....
