"I absolutely loved my stay at the Artiem Madrid and waish there were other locations to stay at in the other cities I will visit. The staff was amazingly helpful and kind, the room was spacious and clean (as was the bathroom), there were transit options nearby, the breakfast was delicious and there was a great variety of items including made to order items, there was also an area to take snacks and beverages throughout the day (with more items added in a fridge after 2 pm). I will recommend this...

"When we arrived they assigned us a room with the toilet dirty . We returned to reception and we were assigned to an upgraded room, we found out that the shower handler was not working , we complained with reception again and they assigned us another regular room that was for a handicap person. In the next day when we returned we found out that the room was not clean, they just did the beds and replaced towels. When we left we asked for 1 hour more for the check out and the lady at the reception...
