"When we arrived they assigned us a room with the toilet dirty . We returned to reception and we were assigned to an upgraded room, we found out that the shower handler was not working , we complained with reception again and they assigned us another regular room that was for a handicap person. In the next day when we returned we found out that the room was not clean, they just did the beds and replaced towels. When we left we asked for 1 hour more for the check out and the lady at the reception...
