"I stayed at the Europa for one night to attend a formal Christmas party. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they let me check in a little earlier than the 3pm check in time. I stayed in a single room on the ground floor which was clean and had everything you would expect considering the price of the room (kettle, tea, coffee, towels, USB sockets, electric heater etc). The room was warm enough but, more compact than i expected and getting ready (hair, make-up etc) without a dressing...

"The room I had was ample for what I needed as a Single Lady. My Room was well aired but you could put the heater on if you wanted to,you have to put your room card into a Slot & keep it in there for all the lights to stay on & function which I thought was so easy & nice,easy access to rooms with a room card that you press onto the Handle & it straight away opens for you,none of this putting the card into a Slot & sometimes waiting for it to open. I felt the Hotel was very clean in fact...

"I made the right choice to pick this hotel. Easy walk fromVictoria station, Buckingham Palace and etc.. The front desk man Sajjad worked with our needs. It’s very clean , the beds are comfortable, the staff are very friendly, the location is brilliant. Very near Marble Arch tube station. Great for a short stay in central London. However. there is no lift or dining room and there is a chance that there’s a few flights of stairs to your room. There is quiet pubs, cafes and restaurants very close by. "
