"we stayed one week at Clermont. The building is well maintained, clean rooms, quiet. The food menu for breakfast is the standard that you can find. Something that you need to consider is that some floors do not have direct access to the lift, you need to use the stairs to get to the lift. Great location if you want to move around the city using the underground since the Victoria station is right there next to the hotel, and also the main stop for some city routes, many options if you want to eat outside, they are close to many restaurants and pubs. "The hotel is in a fabulous position next to Fortnum & Masons, close to theatres and lovely shops. The hotel is very clean and the staff could not do enough for us happily and with a smile, especially Onsenka. It was a trip for my 70th birthday and they went above and beyond. Defo go again. "

"My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights during our first trip to London. It was an excellent place to stay. The convenience of the location to Paddington station was priceless and made getting around London and getting back to our hotel so easy. The front desk staff was always kind and helpful and even helped me make a phone call one morning when I was having an issue with my Oyster card. The breakfast selection was great, although we ate out a few mornings, I would say we had the included breakfast at the hotel about 5 times and they had a good variety of items to choose from. We loved having tea with breakfast every morning, but they also had coffee. The hotel location was very quiet and cozy and we felt safe there for our whole trip. The building is probably very old (but we liked that) and it's kept very well and was perfect for our trip. We would definitely recommend it and hope to return again sometime. "
