"There is no room access information in email on date of arrival. Also there is no room number mentioned. I had to call to find out. Very poor communication. The hotel is in excellent location close to everything. Condition is also okay."

"I stayed for a week with two other friends. We really enjoyed our stay. Very walkable to Old San Juan and Balneario del Escambrón Beach (around 15 minutes each). There are multiple dining options (also walkable), but I recommend eating at Old San Juan. The only point of discomfort was that we could not throw toilet paper down the toilet, but that's because the pipes around Old San Juan are an older version. If that would be an issue, I would recommend finding a different accommodation in Newer...
