"The resort is beautiful, clean, with nice amenities. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. And we really enjoyed the lobby and the live music in the evenings. The construction however is a huge inconvenience. Only 2 elevators going to the lobby was horrible. You need to add 10 mins to you leave time because of it. Outside of that, loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. "

"The property is really nice and the surrounding areas are so beautiful. You really don’t need a car to come here. The fun hot spots are a 5-10 minute walk and if you want to go farther I didn’t have an Uber over $10 and most were under $5. There’s a Walmart really close it’s like a ten minute walk. If you want to do excursions some of those are walkable too. We did night kayaking and it’s around the corner pretty much. There were a few other excursions we did like touring the rain forest that was farther and I would just say to find one with transportation included. For the actual hotel I liked it. The place was clean, shower got hot, bathroom had pretty mirrors, and the view outside the window was amazing. The staff was also great, kind, and understanding. I left my AirPods on accident and they worked with me to get them sent back home. Of course you have to pay for shipping if you leave something, but I’d rather pay $6 to ship than $200 to replace. "

"Our stay was amazing. The beach and pool were clean and open for many hours. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The property and amenities were amazing. Very kid friendly which I loved for my son. The Mahi Mahi was a little on the expensive side but the food was good. Wish they had more dining options. They even had movies to rent for free and gave us complimentary popcorn. Overall we had an amazing, relaxing stay. Definetely recommend. "

"Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfy. Bathroom sliding door was broken unfortunately. Water was lukewarm Would have loved to take a hot shower. Very nice hotel overall. "
