"The staff was very friendly and would answer all my questions. The area around the property was outdated but inside the apartment was nicer. The water pressure for the shower was not the best. They have narrow hallways. There are no elevators so you have to climb up to your apartment through the stairs. There is only AC in the rooms. Not the kitchen nor the living room. I would stay again if this place was in a different location. Overall, what made this experience was the very friendly staff....

"Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. "

"One of the nicest places I stayed during a week in PR. The second night there were other guests upstairs that were very loud. We had to leave for a flight at 2:30am and they were still partying upstairs. However, that was the only downside. There was a hairdryer, microwave, and fridge, and it was clean. The street parking was a bit crazy like everywhere else we stayed but there were always a few spots open when we got back. They also provided beach towels. Overall, the nicest place I stayed on...

"We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go in San Juan. The beach was close and it was beautiful. So many restraints and stores near by. We walked to Old San Juan, not close but a great long walk, we indeed home. The place was clean and had everything we needed. "Elvira is the best! Everything was super smooth on check in and the apartment was clean and cool. She let us check out several hours late which made our lives much easier. I ended up receiving a text from her that I had left my headphones which she then volunteered to ship back to the states for me. Seriously awesome and over the top service!"

"All about location with this one. A great high rise in the heart of Condado, and comes with parking. You won't need a car if you plan on staying in SJ. Everything is in walking distance (beaches, shopping, food, clubs) with Old SJ just a short Uber away. The condo has a nice sized balcony with an amazing view of the city and the ocean. It's just the right size for a couple. There's a tv in the bedroom, plenty of towels and a few things for the beach like chairs, beach towels, etc. AC works well....
