"The pictures are accurate. The place is very nice. The bathroom is nice though the shower was a little dated and could use a little more cleaning. Communication is top tier. Just be aware that the AC is off in the building but the room has a good cold AC unit. The view from the window is amazing. You can see the lit up buildings at night and the beautiful ocean by day. Walking distance to Casita Miramar and the T Mobile District. "

"This is a really cute, authentic and funky apartment in a great location in Old San Juan. The property management team was super attentive and responsive, the apartment was clean and spacious for downtown. It was also incredibly quiet given the proximity to the bar scene on San Sebastián. Be aware that the hot water is solar, so clouds and rain and maybe insufficient capacity meant showers were mostly lukewarm. Oddly enough, the warmest shower is the tub shower in the middle of the courtyard...

The balcony was smaller than expected with only one chair and a very square to serve as a table, but we didn’t really spend much time there as it was pretty humid and the A/C was too much of a draw. "I just slept and showered here during my stay in Old San Juan. It really wasn't that bad. The air conditioning and the windows leaked a little bit. And I found a roach one night. But the bedding was clean. The towels were clean and I felt safe. Victor was always communicative and easy to get ahold of.The gate instructions on the VRBO listing need to be updated. They were not accurate when I arrived."
