"Me and wife stayed at this hotel for 4 days. We are highly recommending Sana Hotel. We definitely consider returning to this place as All aspect of this resort was excellent. From overall service to food. Rooms and design is amazing. Every corner is spotless and clean. We tried most of the food option and not even once we had a Mediocare dish. Pablo by the beach gave us a great and pleasant service. Alexis at concierge was very helpful. We have no negative comment. Might me helpful to Mention...

"The Nest was a perfect getaway. Exceptional service that took care of all my needs. Located right on the Gulf with a beautiful beach area. The room was a little sparse for amenities but that is over shadowed by the friendly staff. Nice and quiet!"

"This place is PERFECT! Walk out your door and there is the beautiful sea. The staff are fantastic! Eddie, Carlos, Alberto and many more are just so friendly and there to help you decompress. Its not so close to hotel zone so is a little quieter. Endless beach walks await!"

"It was beautiful and the staff was incredible. Kennith was fantastic behind the bar and with the tequila & mezcal tasting. We never ate anywhere else other than the two restaurants in the hotel because they were so great. The only room for improvement wound be the size of the fitness center but that’s minor compared to how awesome the property and staff are. Will recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Tulum sans children ! "

"We stayed at Cabañas for 4 days, and had an ocean front room on the second floor which came with a private terrace and hot tub. The room was very comfortable and the hotel provided a beach bag, towels, and water in the room (we asked for more everyday and they always brought it right away). The beach is a few steps away and there were always chairs and beach beds available, unlike the big resorts where there are always towels in every chair.The service and kindness of everyone working here sets...

"The hotel has an amazing ambience, great music by the cenote, amazing food, really friendly staff. A lot of attention has been given to the design and aesthetic of the rooms and the hotel public area. The hotel made us feel immersed in a jungle garden as everything is well maintained. Hotel is also close to many restaurants and club at walking distance. The bed was very comfortable and crisp. Cleanliness is amazing throughout the property."

"The room is small but very cute! The best thing is that it’s right on the beach…just a few steps away. They have lounge chairs or the option to go to two different beach clubs without a cover charge. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Just wish it had a little fridge."

"Casa Zaba was amazing! We will definitely return for the seclusion & beautiful home. We took referrals from the management for a private Chef (Pablo) and massages in home (Clara). We enjoyed each meal curated and presented on the porch table; fresh & amazing! You could hear the waves while getting the best massage you’ve ever had. Both referrals were absolutely outstanding. The management host was extremely communicative & responsive. The daily staff who live on the property were so sweet and kind & did an excellent job with housekeeping. You are WAY down beach road if you’ve ever been to this part of Tulum. That’s great as there’s a lot less noise (minus some bass at night from a nearby club, but only the top floor bed can hear it & the loud ocean waves do a good job of drowning it out). You’ll want to get grocery service or hit the store on the way if you go in high season. You will NOT want to drive up and down the road unless it’s early morning & you’re not an anxious driver (if you are - get a ride!). I prefer driving in Mexico & the autonomy to go on private excursions; the seclusion was worth the drive! Walkable eats: Loco - amazing food with pleasant staff. La Onda had the best prices and “world’s best pizza” & Fruitti de Mare with homemade fettuccine with flour flown in from Italy; O.M.G. Amazing! Take time to chat with the owner Mateo! KOOKs diving for cenotes & SoundHealingTulum for out of this worth adventures!"
