"this place was great. easy access, lot of pre arrival communication. they also have bicycles for guests to use at no charge. would stay again. price per night was excellent. no pressure, nobody in your face but always someone around to help or answer question. although it is a condominium they have a restaurant that servers breakfast / brunch. 0800 tp 1400 "

"We truly enjoyed our stay at Casa de Piedra. The value for money is unbeatable. 1000 square feet of living space with high ceilings and as an added bonus, a netted/webbed lounging area that doubles as a trampoline for kids. It was also nice having two distinct rooftop areas, one of which we had to ourselves. Hugo is very approachable and great to chat with, and Modesto looked after us very nicely. Yes, it's not the Hilton, but the price is a fraction of Hilton prices. Very comfy bed as well!...

"We stayed in the top floor in the “Superior Suite” and it was a dream! It was absolutely beautiful and the view of the untouched jungle behind us was everything! The bed was giant, I think larger than a standard King bed and was the most comfortable bed and pillow I’ve ever slept in. Blackout curtains in the bedroom worked wonderfully. The rooftop public pool was also extremely nice. The staff at the front desk were friendly and welcoming and quick to assist when we needed a hand. The Aldea Zama...

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The place was very spacious and lots of room to spread out. Had a private entry with a private pool. Gerardo was very helpful with showing off the property, recommending where to eat and even offering to door dash and scheduling a taxi cab back to the airport. The area looks a little sketch but not intimidating once you get out and explore."

"Dionisio at the hotel was extremely helpful with the reservation and also recommending and booking beach club space for us. The rooms are new, well equipped (doesn't have hairdryers currently, FYI) and a good place. You will need a car to get into Tulum. Would recommend the place."
