I had pre-arranged one of their romantic packages, and my wife was surprised with a beautiful room setup, balloons, candles, and rose petals. The room itself was spotless, modern, and relaxing. We especially loved the private pool inside our room. It added so much comfort and privacy. One of our favorite features was the outdoor shower. Bathing under the open sky felt peaceful and grounding, truly connecting us with nature. We also enjoyed a couples massage at Xunáan Spa, located right on the property. It was one of the best massages we’ve ever had; deeply relaxing and incredibly thorough, with attention to every inch of the body. Every part of our stay felt intentional and soothing, and the staff were kind, helpful, and professional throughout. If you’re looking for a stylish, romantic getaway in Tulum, Hotel Milam is it. We’ll cherish this trip forever and can’t wait to return."

"The architecture of the hotel is unique, excellent exterior design. The room is really spacious, with interesting interior design, large bathroom with both a shower and jacuzzi tub and all the necessities needed for after the shower. Plenty of towels, no need to bring your own for the beach. The restaurant food was really good and the staff very helpful. Very clean in and out of the room. The property has its own beach with chairs, bean bags and kayaks. I would gladly go there again. The only negative I have is about the area around, the road to the hotel is very narrow, bumpy and there was a construction work in the neighboring property with quite some noise during the day. "
