"Great location on nice pedestrian shopping street that leads to the Grand Via. This hotel is updated and modern. Great location in Madrid to do everything. Walked to Grand Via, Puerta Del Sol and Plaza Mayor. Lots of shopping and sightseeing with a stop on the Grand Via on the Hop-on Hop-off buses. Clean and hip hotel."

"Very dusty all around Many mould throughout the shower room The shower was almost detached from the wall together with all the fittings Having a shower was a pain and hot water not running properly The temperature was either very hot or very cold Dust everywhere "

A very enjoyable stay

"We stayed a week and it was very pleasant. Not only the location (there is a metro station right next to the hotel ) but also the comfort was great. It has a lot of amenities and it shows that old school hotels are still in play. "
