"I booked last min therefore i stayed here. Honest was very happy and very much satisfied. Hotel is one block from Gran Via, the street and the surrounding is where i wanna be, in the heart of every. Staff! Ibis the housekeeper is very kind, i was sick, she heard me coughing she massaged my back and adviced me to take a spoon of olive oil. I felt home Thanks to all ove you , you were amazing "

" Very simple but super clean accommodations. It was really all we needed for a home base in a great location. 2 metro stations very close (5min or 8min) walk. They have turndown service if you run out of bathroom supplies or need new towels which was nice. I was glad we got assigned a room not overlooking the street and it’s a very busy shopping area and always buzzing with people. The woman was nice who checked us in but spoke no English, so we just used Google translate and that worked...
