"Amazing views from the Mount Fuji side! The room is a bit small but super clean and the staff is amazing. The buffet is a tad expensive but has a pretty wide range of food. "

"The town is lovely and the hotel is the perfect place to stay for an overnight trip, or even the weekend! Staff are incredibly helpful, kind and friendly, they offer free toiletries, even pyjamas to borrow if you forgot yours. Breakfast had a nice variety and there is water, tea and coffee available 24/7. The cleanliness was impeccable, as well as the service! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at for the price ."

"It is very close to Atami station. A smaller pillow would be nice, along with a spa. I stay here often."

"This hotel has a small hot springs bath. Because it's small you need to follow rules but rules in English are posted everywhere. Washing machine with detergent is free. Dryer is only 100 yen for 20 min. Very nice little town "
