"The location cannot be beat. So much to explore and savour within walking distance. Room was bright and tastefully decorated.  Staff are cheery. Shout out to Jackie at reception. The hotel's focus on sustainable practices is laudable. Will definitely stay again. "

"The hosts were excellent - very welcoming and went the extra mile for our kids when they asked to pat the dog or for a hot chocolate at breakfast time. The five-o-clock wine time was a lovely chance to chat with other guests from around the world. Very convenient location. Only downside is that it's an older building so the noise from Christchurch's boy racers can be irritating at night. A minor problem. We would definitely stay again."

"Great location. Just a few mins walk to city centre, casino, restaurants. Always something to do near by. Nice and quiet, so clean and room had everything we would ever need. One of the best places we have stayed by far. Will definitely be booking again. Thank you for an amazing stay 🙂"
