"Top notch service, my membership status was honoured in a very nice way. The hotel is not far from the train station, which for me is the best location in Florence. I will definitely come again. The Hotel has a history of almost 120 years and the style of the hotel has not changed. If one was looking into details some parts of the walks could need some painting. Breakfast was excellent."

"This was my second stay at this property. The staff is always wonderful. The ladies who work the breakfast service are so sweet. The hotel is clean and in a perfect location to walk to everything you want to see in Florence. It’s less than 5 min to walk to the Duomo, 10 min walk to Accademia, 5 min walk from the train, across the street from the central market. There’s a great bar next door too. Perfect for first time visitors to Florence. "

"It’s good/average for 3 star hotel with good breakfast. Check in time is set and cant check in early ( but luggage can stay inside of locked area). Hotel/staff is helpful and clean. If you have small kids I wouldn't recommend, you have to pass by big crew of refugees every time you goto duomo/restaurant area. Only 6min from centrale/hertz. it’s excellent "
