"Overall our stay in Hu Firenze was great. The restaurant on location was really cool and tasted pretty great too. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our little house was a big tent basically. Interesting but annoying when people would come check it out or tap on our house (happened a couple times). It was kinda funny but always awkward. We had a bed, closet, mini fridge, and bathroom. They had a shuttle to take you partially into town or you could walk to Firenze Rovezzano (train station)....

"The room I rented was ice cold when I walked in because of the air conditioning machine blasting cold air. The hotel staff said he couldn't do anything, then he managed to turn it off. It was about 12-15c in the room. Besides this negative experience , my stay there was good. Hotel staff very helpful ."

"Our stay at Orto De Medici was amazing! We were greeted by friendly front-desk staff, we were early so they offered to hold our luggage. Our room was beautiful and had a balcony with a lovely sitting area. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The location was great, quiet and walkable to sights. The service from staff was extraordinary and consistent. The restaurant is excellent and is a really good value, especially at breakfast. Their pool and spa were beautiful and they don’t nickel and dime you for every little thing. You won’t regret staying there !"

"The service here is absolutely incredible!! The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable. The hotel itself is a former palace and the fresco in the breakfast room is worth the price of admission. There is an excellent restaurant across the street where we enjoyed a Florintine Steak Extravaganza. Get the breakfast- totally a steal. Location also perfect especially if you are arriving by train. Special shoutout to Annika who went above and beyond for us!! "

"Hotel was excellent. Walkable to all areas of Florence. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. Hotel offered a great view of the city from its restuarnat on the top floor. The morning breakfast was great. It's also a walk from the train station with easy underground access. Perfect if you arrive by train. "

"You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Newly remodeled. Excellent staff. Very nice dining area. Great location. Easy walk to everything and very close to the train station. Restaurant offers fine dining options and the wait staff is so attentive. The classic room is a bit small but if you are not traveling with a lot of luggage it is perfect. Excellent Stay !!

"We love the Bernini Palace. This was our second stay there and will always consider it our place to stay when in Florence. We love the old world charm, the attentiveness of the staff and the location in the city. Also, the breakfast is wonderful! The rooms are well appointed and include a turn down service every evening. The only improvement to our room would be a larger night stand to accommodate phones, chargers, eyeglasses, etc. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk to the Ponte Vecchio and 5 minutes to the Duomo, and surrounded by cafes, restaurants, sandwich shops and shopping . After a busy day of shopping and sightseeing, we found it very relaxing to return to the hotel and have a relaxing cup of tea or wine in the lobby before bed. Florence is a busy place, but the Bernini is a calm restful spot in the heart of it all. We love to visit Florence and the Bernini Palace makes it even better!"

"Monica and her staff were kind, polite, and extremely Helpful with directions, bringing up luggage, providing bus tickets, and calling a taxi for us. Dino provided us with attentive service at breakfast, which is included. Very reasonable rates for all services and comfort provided. They run the hotel in a very professional manner to accommodate guests. The hotel and rooms are very clean and quaint. A great night’s sleep in they’re comfortable beds and linens. You have access to everything you need there and you feel safe and cozy. A local bus runs every few minutes in the direction of the main attractions. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to Florence. "

"It was pleasant surprise as I arrived at this property as it was same day booking when my long standing arrangement with another hotel was cancelled. I was greeted by friendly smiles from Isabella that makes us feel welcome. Good services from Franklin and the next day Giulia the concierge has been nothing but outstanding. They were available to my every beck and call. I would def stay at this place again. The outskirts of Florence is beautiful. A great place to soar in the country atmosphere "
