Based on other reviews I will tell you no, they don’t speak English but it’s Mexico so why should they? It was a great stay with a comfortable price tag. "

"Beautiful tropical paradise, beach is white sand with turquoise water. Remote, hidden hotel, with a small restaurant, and it is surrounded by palm trees. You definitely need a car to get there because it is about 1hr 15 mins from Merida. Hotel is clean and staff very friendly. "

"Great refurbished hotel a couple blocks away from el Malecón. Wonderful staff, clean and comfortable. The only issue was the street noise from the large cargo trucks that driver through town all night to get to the Port. Next time, we’ll try to book a room away from the street."
