The check in was terrible, you have to scan a QR code and do everything yourself, but you can only do it once you reach the counter, meanwhile, you watch all sorts people mostly struggling with it because there are lots of spaces to fill. I did everything while trying to keep a 2yo from running away and carrying 3 pieces of luggage without help from the staff. I finally arrived to the room only to find out that they made a mistake and sent me to the wrong type of room and had to go back down and wait in line to fix the problem.

Had eye surgery at Altavisión oftalmología especializada - the hotel was only a 7 minute walk away as well as being close to the Plaza Altabrista shopping Mall. Only problem - could not find the restaurant or breakfast that are listed under "Hotel Amenities"

Buen lugar cerca de una plaza y tiendas de conveniencia y restaurantes. El desayuno es buffet pero no hay opciones a la carta. Y hay parking por si traen vehículo.
