"Very clean, modern, comfortable hotel with friendly staff. It was perfect for our visit to the area for Smith College's parent weekend (I waited too long to make lodging reservations and couldn't get anything closer to Northampton). There was minimal storage for clothing (i.e., no dresser) but that wasn't an issue for just a weekend trip. I would definitely stay here again."

"Parking was a little tricky becuase we didn't know ahead of time that we had to get a parking pass but the clerk was very nice and helpful."

"Everything was great the only thing I had an issue was the couch had a big sticky stain, and the shower floor had a lot of hair from other people. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. But I did wish they had Netflix on the tv, like the hotel across the street from this place, "
