I got stuck in the elevator -alone- at 5:45 in the morning while heading out to catch an early flight. I pressed alarm and no one came to help. I kept pressing buttons, including the alarm, for about 10 minutes - Door finally opened but on the 4th floor and I had to go down 4 flights in the stairwell with 2 carry on bags and a large duffle bag.

This property is probably the cleanest that we have stayed in in a long time. Very convenient to the airport that we usually use and they provide a free shuttle at convenient times.

Air conditioner did not work great until we realized the filters were completely full of dust, about a half in thick. Cleaned and it worked great. Bathroom door was squeaky and really loud. Bathroom fan was so so loud. Everything else was great. Shuttle was on time, polite and quick. Room was clean and comfortable.

Very disappointing. Even though we put up a request, they did not clean the room or provide clean towels. Our keys didn’t work almost every time we came back. As we were checking out with our luggage a manager blocked the elevator entrance to speak to an employee to let them know that someone was outside for them. As the elevator door closed, she said I’m hitting the door open button, but the elevator went up anyway. You can’t make up this level of stupidity and incompetence.
