"The common areas and bathrooms were very clean, and there was a locker right next to the bed where you could use a lock. While it wasn't in a super central area, it was very quiet and walking distance to a lot of stuff which was convenient. The front desk staff were also very friendly and kind. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are okay with a hostel."

"If you want somewhere basic and well located in Chiangmai old town, this is the place for you. Staff were so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a lovely area walking distance from lovely shops and places to eat and book other excursions. My only complaint would be that the room was quite basic, there was a lot of noise from other AC generators (despite the one in our room being turned off whilst we tried to sleep) and the shower was not hot. "Awesome location near Nimman but a quieter area. Free tea and coffee and very basic breakfast and can get very good chicken and rice for breakfast across the street for 35 baht. Tony is very helpful and a good guy. Very comfortable beds as well."
