"The block our room was in is in need of some well overdue maintenance. The Pool Access Suite room itself was great, but the swimming pool is in major need of some long overdue Maintenace. The steel brackets / frame that anchors some grills that cover the aircon units on the 4 odd stories are near completely rusted away and are a hazard to guests. We actually banned our kids from swimming in a certain area as if/when the frame comes away it could result in someone getting seriously injured. Staff...
