"The apartment is very large, clean and comfortable, and the location is very good - a quiet neighborhood but very close to a supermarket, and ~8 minutes walk from several metro stations; there are also several good restaurants within walking distance. There are air conditioners in every room. Communications with Antonio and Javier were always quick and pleasant. Definitely recommended !"

"I got there an hour before check-in time and my room was ready. It had all I needed, a good desk, stocked minibar and a confortable bed. The location for what I needed was unbeatable (next to the train station), but it's kind of boring. Their breakfast starts early (at 7am) and is glorious."

I was given one of the nicer rooms but with twin beds, I asked her to switch me to a room with a queen/king bed and she informed me that none of the superior rooms were available but would move me to a different room and would advise me when another supervisor room would be available.
