"The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the cleaning staff were absolutely the best I’ve encountered anywhere. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to the nearest metro station, making it easy to get around Madrid. It took about 20 to 25 minutes to reach the Prado Museum, and the main shopping streets were also around 20 minutes away on foot. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with fresh options each morning. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, which really added to the experience....

"Truthfully this is probably the best stay of my trip and in Europe overall. The room are very remodeled and they are very big, at least the one I stayed at that was to share between 3 people. Very spacious from the room, the bathroom, the closet. It's in a very secure area and for the most part very quite and in a great location. Everyone was very nice and the breakfast was very tasty. I was there for my bday and they even brought up some dessert for me."
