"We were greeted at the counter by a woman who said she doesn't even work at the hotel, and then we were told she couldn't accept our online reservation. The hotel owner refused to give us a room unless we paid by the day, so he could get the non-discounted pay. We decided to leave and take our chances on finding a hotel last minute - during the peak of scalloping season and the weekend before the 4th of July. "The room was not that clean. The woman who runs the place should not be working in a Customer Service position!! She doesn't understand the meaning. She was extremely rude and very racist. I will never again stay at this motel. "
