"This was fine for a one night stay ahead of heading to the airport but I wouldn’t stay more than a night. The location isn’t great (although the parking lot is helpful). It’s hard to access downtown - about a 20 minute walk to the Gold Museum - and there’s not much around. The lobby and restaurant and bar are nice. The food was excellent and the staff there was nice. The room wasn’t great. The bathroom needed upgrading and a deep clean. I’m also fairly certain housekeeping entered our room...

"I was in San Jose for business and a little pleasure. The Sheraton is a beautiful property; the staff was very pleasant, the property was immaculate, and the food options were very good AND there is a great mall in walking distance. I highly recommend it."
