"The staff when we arrived were nice at first until we brought up the pool. I said I called to ask about the pool and they got really defensive and annoyed quickly. The pool is seasonal and when I called I mistakenly asked if they had a pool instead of asking if it was open. They confirmed they did but didnt say it was closed. I don't fully fault them for this as I should have clarified but the way they quickly said I could not have talked to anyone there and it must have been Expedia or whoever...

Some instructions for the tv would have been helpful as we were trying to get the reports on threatening weather in the area."
