"Loved the free chips and wine for happy hour. Noise level in the room was a little bit annoying. The bathroom was SO small that the door comes within an inch of the toilet. Very cramped. The hair dryer would not work and actually started smoking and nearly caught fire. So I went to the hotel desk and they gave me another one. It would not work at all. 😢. However, the free shuttle to the airport was great, right on time and fast, friendly service. "

"The hotel is beautiful and it is only 5 to 8 minute walk to the Ryman. The room is clean, there are bottles of water in the room, and the valet parking is easy to get into / out of. The clerks and valet parkers are amazingly sweet and so helpful. "

"One of the most surprising things was how quiet it was. Even though it's really close to major attractions and a huge mall, it is super quiet! We went in late December and caught fish every day from the dock. We enjoyed the game room - the variety of games is amazing and serves all ages. The hosts are extremely nice and kind, were incredibly communicative, and are probably the best hosts of anywhere we've stayed. Definitely recommend!!"
