"Upon arrival to this quaint house we were happy to be able to park right in the property. Easy access into the house and we were greeted with a clean, nice smelling home. The kitchen was upgraded and information about the rules and property were easy to find. Rooms were lovely. The view was so stunning it took our breath away. What a beautiful home. It created amazing memories!!"

"This house was everything listed but from the pictures, you don't get the wow factor until you walk thru the door! The wall of windows overlooking the bay was breathtaking. Even though the house is older, it was clean and nicely furnished. The Jacuzzi was just the cherry on top. The weather was perfect, we are from Arizona, it was in the mid 60s and we got the morning fog but the sun burned thru and it was amazing. "Easy walk to Nye Bach stores and beach access. I loved pulling up the easy chairs to watch waves, storm and sunset. We would return."

"We had a great stay here up until the last hour or so. The home is in a great location within easy walking or driving distance to lots of stuff. We appreciated being right in the middle of town but also having our own private driveway to park in. Unfortunately we were locked out early while loading up the car....thankfully we had just grabbed the last of our things, but I recommend propping the door while packing if you are nearing your checkout time. The lock reset for us at least 15 minute...

"Tom’s beach house is a very special place: isolated, peaceful, unbeatable views, comfortable beds/bedding, gorgeous path to the beach. We didn’t cook but the kitchen looked to be well-stocked with everything you would need including some oils and spices.The driveway is narrow and can be tricky, but we had no problems in our midsized SUV. The house is a funky, split level on a cliff. It is not for those with mobility issues.Bottom line, we loved everything about this house and plan to return...

"Great little spot right on the ocean. Beach access about a 2 min walk away to the north. Can be a bit tricky getting down with small ones but we managed. We were there during a storm and home stayed warm although water did pool in the slider track, so something to be aware of during heavy rain. All in all it was a great property and we enjoyed our stay. "
