"We planned a girl's trip and found this adorable place for my Mom, sister-in-law, niece, daughter-in-law and I to stay!! We were so happy when we arrived to see first hand how cute and amazing this house was! Jerry has done an awesome job at making sure the house was super inviting and has everything you will need for your stay! We loved it!! "This was a wonderful location for our family with lots of activities available close at hand, some within walking distance. The inside space was just right and the view was beautiful! The kitchen was well equipped with a few exceptions. We didn’t find a long handled spatula or tongs for the grill. There was nothing to scrub out pots and pans with. There were no working smoke detectors. The conifer trees on the ocean side need attention. Hope this is helpful. We would come again."

"Beautiful location, home needs updating. The house needs painted and repairs to many areas. The kitchen could use some updated appliances like pans,scissors,casserole dishes. We had to go buy several items just to cook. The drains in the bathrooms were clogged, needs maintenance. The windows were stunning but unfortunately we had to go buy window cleaner as they were awful dirty. You could see cleaner sprayed and just dripping down them where the cleaner didn’t even wipe it. "I love the extensive boardwalks. I also like the relative privacy of each unit. I have not heard anything from any of my neighbors. I arrived after dark, but I can see the beach nearby, even in the dark. My wife and I stayed here 41 years ago and forgot how nice a place it is."
