"Because of negative reviews, we specifically asked if there was heat in every room and they said there was, controlled by thermostats. The only thermostat-controlled heat was in the dining/living room. The heat in the master bedroom did not work at all. As a consequence, the carpet is moldy. It actually made us ill and I slept on the single in the other room and my partner on the sofa. There is a space heater, but because the room is not consistently heated mold grows - actually the whole house...
