It is an older property but well maintained. Close to beach and can walk safely to many locations. Friendly staff and very helpful. We will stay there again.

Straight forward hotel, at a great price its a walking distance from the beach and a great place to stay if you’re wanting affordability, continental breakfast, clean/safe rooms to recover in after a long day exploring Newport. Highly recommended and quite possibly my top choice for stays in Newport!

We didn't stay in the hotel area very much, but it was good for what we needed and a great price comparatively! The breakfast wasn't amazing, but nice that there was an option for it anyway.
