"We spent a couple of nights at the property. I reached out to the owner Tom a few times for some practical help regarding the home without any response. The house is dusty and needed some TLC. The access to the beach is consisted of a rope and a will to live. The best way is to walk out of the neighborhood and head to the punch bowl view point and use the stairs, about a 15 min walk. it’s not a good rental if you like to make your own meals at the property. "I absolutely loved the property! The views of the Pacific Ocean were stunning. I went to Depoe Bay to watch the King Tides and I wasn't disappointed. Property is within walking distance to shops and great food. It was very clean and i felt very comfortable. The only downside, for me, was that there wasnt an easily accessible area to walk dogs. There are two green spaces next to the property but theyre pretty steep to get down to.Otherwise, i would definitely recommend!"

"Stunning. Blown away by the view from livingroom. Wow. Loved access to beach close to tide pools. Where we saw barnacles clams starfish and anemonies(?)! Thank you for having providing sand castle tools and buckets for collecting shells and rocks and beach chairs. Home has lots of room to spread out and play hide and seek. Our group was 7, with other family visiting during the day into evening. The dining room table seats 6, great pizza party. We had beautiful sunny days we were definitely...

"House is new and well furnished! Located near lots of restaurants and stores, and walking distance to the beach! Awesome host! Host is super responsive and on accommodating! We all had a good time! This house and other properties hosted by this host would be our first choice @ Lincoln City. "

"Everything about this stay was great. The house is roomy and the view couldn't be better or closer to the surf. Only two things I would comment on is that there is a 15 steps down to the house and it is rather steep. No problem with that but if you have walking or issues with legs you will have a hard time navigating the stairs. 2nd, and because I didn't read all of the amenities so had no soap or toiletries. A trip to Walgreens cured that. Otherwise it was a perfecct 3 day stay."

"We had a great stay here up until the last hour or so. The home is in a great location within easy walking or driving distance to lots of stuff. We appreciated being right in the middle of town but also having our own private driveway to park in. Unfortunately we were locked out early while loading up the car....thankfully we had just grabbed the last of our things, but I recommend propping the door while packing if you are nearing your checkout time. The lock reset for us at least 15 minute...
