"Such a unique & fun place to stay in the heart of downtown Deland! Took advantage of the bar upstairs on the rooftop as well as in the lounge, it was so fun. Loved that they kept the original stairs in the building & kept all the character throughout. Had a blast, will definitely be coming back!!"

"Great location & amazing staff from the front desk to the breakfast buffet to the cleaners. Everyone was so nice, efficient, and friendly. The hotel is dated, even after the renovations. But it was clean, nice and quiet especially around the beach area (bay side), so totally worth it! We also walked to dinner at Manatee’s. Great place also! "

"Loved it is on the beach. Very private beach, few people around. Well stocked with everything needed. Received entrance pass to nearby Marriot. The river access with kayaks and paddle boards and calm waters was nice for family. Close to lots of nice restaurants (11 Maple Street is amazing!). Excellent time!"
