"The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the beach. This "resort" was by far in the worst shape I have ever seen. There were gaps between the front door and door frame, the bathroom was chipped and falling apart, and the entire area was in ruins. Thankfully, we were refunded. "

"The staff is courteous, polite and friendly. Always willing to answer questions and provide directions when needed. Poolside and hot tub areas kept clean. Plenty of seating around the area I would stay there again. "

"Our day was very nice at the recommendation of some friends who live in Vero Beach. We had trouble communicating with the front desk as we typically got voicemail and needed to add another friend name to our second room. The property was clean and nice. The rooms were decorated very cute. I did call the front desk and got voicemail at 9:45 PM. Light was shining in through the windows and was very distracting for sleep. I left a voicemail asking if they had any eye masks for sale downstairs. We...

"Hotel staff were very nice. The pool was shut down for construction and we weren’t aware of this until after paying and getting to the property. That’s the main reason we come is for the pool and beach access. Overall decent hotel. "
