Outside dining chairs need paint, stairwell is beautiful but needs cleaning… We are owners of event property so we notice more than most, but some areas of hotel are looking tired- just need some...

"Very unique property. Love the gardens, plenty of places to gather, balconies overlooking water. Lots of dining on property and within a short walk. Good parking, friendly staff. However, $20 “resort fee” for one night did not cover anything that normally should be included in any lodging for free, was not appreciated. "

"The Beachside was perfect for what I needed, a quick, one-night stop. The room was comfortable and clean, and I got a good night’s rest. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. However, like every property around it, The Beachside suffered significant storm damage. The deck and pool were damaged and off limits. The sliding glass door to the balcony would not lock. Once repairs are finished, I’d up this rating significantly. "
