"Property was rated “exceptional” on Expedia’s we site and I would not rate it the same way. Staff were great, hotel was clean, but a little older and worn down. Was expecting a nicer more well kept property. Room was fine and comfortable but hotel was not exceptional. "

"We had a pleasant stay, very enjoyable. We would have loved a hot tub, and the bed could’ve been a little bit more comfortable for me. Having a microwave in the room would’ve helped us a couple of times. Great staff!"

"Night staff, Luis, was really friendly and helpful. We were stuck on a closed freeway over night and didn’t make it to hotel until 5am. Luis was very helpful and understanding to our situation and worked hard to get us into a room to rest. "
