"The lodge had had a fire 4 months previous that we were not told about when we made our reservations. You can imagine our surprise when we got there, but the new property management worked with us to get us a condominium. It was lovely and comfortable and clean. They were very accomodating. "

"I always love coming here! We do it annually, if not more as we live in Colorado. I’ve NEVER had a BAD experience so please don’t read this in that way. Only warning I have is don’t sleep in room 402. It’s right by glass doors that slam all night with people going through them and it’s attached to a main hallway. Other than that - it’s always a pleasure! "

"Hotel was under construction and toilet would barely flush toilet paper causing you to have to flush multiple times. . Overall good stay outside of those two minor things. "
