"Friendly, helpful staff 24/7. Excellent location with 3 dining options w/i 200 feet walking! Varied and most ample breakfast. Well maintained, clean, safe lodging that will not break your budget. "We went back after a great experience. Second experience was great also. Pet friendly is important for our stay. Quiet, no elevators, very clean inside and out. We will book here every time we have business in Greenwood Village. "

"I booked 2 rooms for my family of 3 and they held $300 which then was unavailable for our 4 day stay. I think for the amenities available it was a ridiculous amount and put a strain on our Christmas visit. I think it should have been more in line with other hotels. More like $75-$100. Just know that besides the high amount they charge you will be putting out another $150 per room per night until after the stay. "
