"We loved this place! The grounds were stunningly beautiful with mature plants everywhere, rooms were lovely and comfortable, the bed was super comfy, and the bathroom was big with natural light. We got a wonderful couples massage and the food was really fresh and delicious. Staff all spoke good English and were friendly and helpful. We especially loved the coffee shop that overlooked the volcano. "

"Absolutely loved this hotel! My 7 year old was obsessed with the waterslide and went down about 200 times. We stayed 4 nights. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the volcano. The hot springs were great. Swim up bar was fantastic. Staff at the hotel are all very nice. You can drive up to the view point. Highly recommend. We walked up which took about 50 minutes. Bring water and should be fit as it’s uphill. My son was able to do it. We would absolutely stay here again!! "
